The working principle of aluminium can production line is roughly the same as that of aluminiu tube, while the annealing section, which softens the aluminium can to aluminium tube, is not included.

1. Horizontal impact extrusion press
Horizontal Extrusion Machine is used to punch slugs into semi-finished materials by crankshaft rod with the vibrating hopper delivering the slugs into the molding chamber. It can make various types of can blank, such as open, closed with a thin top, acutilingual and flat-bottom by adjusting the mould or adding some parts to it, featuring stability and continuity. The extrusion press can be used as the first equipment of the aluminum can production line connected with other machines or used as an individual machine. 2. Trimming machine
Can Trimming Machine is suitable for several working procedures like loading, shaping of the screw head and end, flower cutting, pressing and finishing of the semi finished flexible can.(See specifications)
3. Cleaning machine
The cans' inside and outside is cleaned by special alkaline cleaner twice. After three times cleaning, the cans is conveyed to oven by conveyor chain. The main cleaning machine adopts high quality stainless steel raw material, has durable, convenient operation and beautiful shape.
Annealing Oven (For aluminium tube production line) Annealing Oven is used to anneal the aluminum can to make it soft and remove brittleness. It adopts electro thermal heating pipe, automatic temperature control and convenient frequency control. 4. Internal Coating machine
Internal Coating Machine is the special equipment used for internal printing of the antiseptic membrane of the can with its spraying guns. It adopts PLC control system with convenient adjustment. The coating is evenly distributed and can be finished through 3-time spraying. It can be connected with other machines, forming a can production line, and also can be used independently. 5. Accumulator
The accumulator is used for timing the oven and the press unit, or the press unit and the capsule and the capping machine. The accumulator is equipped with a loading and unloading system, with either independent or servo controlled drive transmission, for implementation in all lines, existing and new. 6. Lacquer curing oven
Can Curing Oven is the special equipment connected with internal coating machine and used to solidify the inner coating of the cans after spraying and conveying through the belt. It adopts electro thermal heating pipe, automatic temperature control and convenient frequency control. 7. Base-Coating machine
It applies to print the cans' surface with automatic detecting system for preventing can from not being printed. PLC controlled.(See specifications)
8. Six -color printing machine
Six color printing machine can print the picture with 6 colors at most evenly onto the cylindrical surface of the can by the rubber roll. It uses the new ink-distributor structure which features good and accurate printing. Besides, speed and quantity production can be shown in the text displayer automatically, the printing mandrels are controlled by an independent motor. 9. Fuel gas oven/ platform
Drying oven uses new heat-preservation material with good heat insulation, fully embodying the conception of energy-saving. The temperature inside is precisely controlled by thermoelectric pair's auto induction and temperature-control system. 10. Can Capping Machine
Can capping machine is mainly used to do the capping in the aluminum can production line. All the procedures are done automatically and stably so that it can replace the human labor. It can be used for different tubes as long as change the mould. This machine can be used in the production line or as an individual equipment. (See specifications)
11. Can Latexing Machine
Latex machine is one of the special equipments in the aluminum tube production line. It can spray a circle of sealant at the end of cans so that it can protect the content in the tubes and extend the shelf life of the products.
